i want you to remember all the things i hold so close to my heart, the things that probably dont cross your mind like they cross mine. the songs you sang, the way we danced the way you rubbed my back. you holding me all night long promising you would never leave me again. i want you to care like you used to, or pretended you did. i remember when you left for utah for a few days and i cried and cried the whole time so scared something would happen to you, you were the only one i could talk too, i took care of you and never wanted you to be hurt. even after all this time youve hurt me. i still worry. its not normal i wake up every morning expecting a call saying youre hurt again or even worse, dead. its a cloud hanging over my head. every single day of my life. the things that kill me, the things that make my insides turn into knots probably dont even cross your mind and it makes me feel twenty times worse, that such little things have made my life.
